Celebrating 40 years of Land’s world famous Calibration Laboratory
Assuring the highest performance with a certified instrument calibration
The Land Calibration Laboratory was the first thermal measurement laboratory to receive British Calibration Service accreditation on the 23rd July 1970. It is now celebrating its 40th birthday.
The LAND Calibration laboratory, in the UK, was the first to be accredited in 1970 for the issue of Calibration Certificates in the field of thermal measurements and was also the first to be accredited for the issue of certificates that meet the requirements of ISO 17025.
The LAND Calibration Laboratory has issued over 18,500 certificates in the last 40 years.

Celebrating 40 years of Land’s World Famous Calibration Laboratory
The LAND Calibration Laboratory was formed so that customer requirements for temperature calibration could be satisfied. The laboratory offers a comprehensive service for the calibration of temperature sensors and sources including; radiation thermometers, thermal imagers, thermocouples and blackbody sources.
